FAQ:

Q1: Why when I click on the Navigation Icon, nothing happens and can’t enter the map?
A: Please set the Navi Path to: Navi Path>Navigation Path>Resident Flash. If the issue isn’t solved then please contact us for additional help!

Q2: Why the GPS unit won’t load up the maps of other countries?
A: We preloaded only the map of the country of your shipping address. If you want us to upload a map of a different country then please contact us.

Q3: Can I receive the GPS unit preloaded with a different country other than mine?
A: Yes, you can. But please make sure to contact us first or immediately after placing your order to request the map of your choosing.

Q4: Why can’t the GPS unit find the satellite signal?
A: Please make sure you’re in an open area with no major overhead obstacles. You may also try to reset the unit, and if that doesn’t solve the issue, then please contact us for help so we can email you the required file to restore the system.

Q5 : Why is the map old and outdated? How can I get the map updated?
A: We preload the most recent map of your country prior to shipping out the GPS unit to you. Maps are usually updated around once a year. If you wish to have an updated version of your map, then please contact us so we can help you update your map to the latest version.

Q6: Why the GPS unit has no sound?
A: Please tear off the protector film, and turn off the FM.

Q7: Why can’t the battery last long?
A: A fully charged battery can last for about 1 – 3 hours depending on the size of the built-in battery. If you’re in your car then it is recommended to keep the GPS unit plugged into the car charger. But if you’re away from your car, then you can rely on the power of the built-in battery to navigate for about 1 – 3 hours before having to reconnect the unit to the charger again.
